FC-PCSU-2000 is essential part of an industrial size storage test battery in Aigle
The energy storage system in Aigle has a capacity of 2.5 megawatt-hours (MWh) and a power output of 2 megawatts (MW).
This lithium-ion battery system combined with Indrivetecs containerized power conversion system unit FC-PCSU-2000 will optimize the local use of the region’s abundant solar production
The System is successful in operation since 28.08.2020 .
Support of the Swiss embassy for new markets
Indrivetec AG participated for the first
time on the Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week in the United Arab Emirates
and would like connect energy storage systems with photovoltaic
installations in the middle east future market.

joint exhibition stand SWISS Pavilion, the large number of visitors were
highly interested of the energy storage products and references from
Indrivetec AG.
A highlight was the visit of the Swiss ambassador
to the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain, Massimo Baggi, who attends the
interests of Swiss companies in these regions.

VDE-AR-N 4110 certification impressed on the ees 2019
Indrivetec presented on the ees Europe -
Europe’s largest and most international exhibition for batteries and
energy storage systems in Munich from May 15 – 17,2019, the VDE-AR-N
4110 certification.
The VDE-AR-N 4110, known as technical
connection rules for medium voltage, is obligatory since 27th of April
2019. These connection rules are valid for wind turbines, photovoltaics,
combustion engines, energy storage systems and combined plants with
grid connection in the voltage range from 1 kV to 60 kV and a plant
output of more than 135 kW.
The certification of the complete FlexConvert product family from 320 kW up to 2000 kW is up to today, unique.
The product family FlexConvert is successful VDE-AR-N 4110 certified
The product family FlexConvert is in accordance with the conformity VDE-AR-N 4110 certified with the TÜV NORD.

Successful final review meeting of TILOS project
Indrivetec participated on the final
TILOS review meeting was held between the 10th and the 12th of April
2019, on the islands of Rhodes and Tilos, Greece. TILOS, is a
successful European project with a consortium of thirteen companies from
seven European countries to establishing a highly complex renewable
energy project on a Greek island.
The FC750 battery inverter as
the power electronic central element was successful integrated in that
grid-forming and battery-based clean energy microgrid project.
SuperCap Energy Storage SCES convinced on Energy Storage 2019
The Indrivetec AG and the Indrivetec Germany GmbH participated together on the Energy Storage 2019 in Düsseldorf.
With
160 exhibitors and around 4,000 visitors in this year energy storage
trade fair reflects the positive trend in this sector. The Energy
Storage is the trade fair for the global energy storage industries
focused on applications and energy storage systems.
The parallel taken place symposium provided the worldwide largest conference program for all energy storage technologies.
The
first-time presented flexible and versatile product family for
short-time energy storage SCES convinced the fair visitors with their
flexible performances and innovative system services. The management
directors Martin Vinzens (Indrivetec AG) and Lars Pinnecke (Indrivetec
Germany GmbH) with team were very pleased with the great interest to

63 pcs Indrivetec FC750 inverters in 49 MW Centrica battery power station in operation

Solution has completed one of the largest energy storage facilities in
Europe. The power electronic heart of this battery storage system are 63
pcs Indrivetec FC750 inverters. The FC750 battery inverters ensure the
efficient coupling of batteries and power network to contribute to power
network stability.

The FlexConvert FC750 is the power electronic heart in the decentralized battery storage system with a power of 750 kilowatts and a storage capacity of 925 kilowatt hours.
The unit certificate assures system services like frequency stabilization, reactive power management and voltage maintenance as well as the integration of renewable energies or the development of charging infrastructure for electromobility.

Successful exhibition presentation
The smarter E Europe took place from 20.06.2018 - 22.06.2018 with 1,177 exhibitors, 86,000 square meters of exhibition space and around 47,000 visitors from 155 countries in Munich.
The Indrivetec AG exhibition presentation met with great interest among the numerous trade visitors, with the product presentation of the FC1000 outdoor version.

The

2018 in Düsseldorf.
With 170 exhibitors and around 4,500 visitors
this year energy storage trade fair reflects the positive trend in this

6 MW SER converter in Burkina Faso in operation
Black start of WEMAG battery power plant with 10 Solo S inverter
In a first-of-its-kind trial, Europe’s first commercial battery power plant, in combination with a combined-cycle gas turbine, has successfully restored a previously disconnected power grid in the North German city of Schwerin. In the experiment, the reconstruction of the disconnected power grid in the state capital of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania was successfully tested with the aid of a battery system paired with a gas and steam turbine (CCGT) plant.
The WEMAG battery plant proved that it can restore the power grid after major disruption or blackout. To date, purely conventional power plant technology has been used for this purpose.
The ten Solo S inverter from first phase of 5 MW power plant was modified for these tests.
New product family FlexConvert receives unit certificate
The new power conversion system for energy storage FlexConvert receives the unit certificate subject to the German FGW guidelines TR3, TR4, TR8 and BDEW medium voltage guideline.
The unit certificate confirms, that the product family FlexConvert fulfils the high international standards for quality, safety, and grid connection requirements.
Successful commissioning of WEMAG battery power plant extension to 10 MW
The second phase of a battery park owned by North German regional energy supplier WEMAG, Schwerin, has begun operation. The expanded energy storage facility has 10 MW. WEMAG’s first battery plant, which was commissioned in July 2014, had 5 MW.
In first phase ten Solo S with 730 kW was installed. For the extension, eight FC750 of the new product family FlexConvert was installed.

For the first time INDRIVETEC participated as exhibitor on the Energy Storage Europe 2017 in Düsseldorf. Energy Storage Europe 2017 is the trade fair with the world’s largest conference program on energy storage and grew by 35% to more than 4.200 visitors from over 55 countries.
